The
Quiet Strength Guide™

Hi! I'm Kevin Rowley, and after a lifetime of navigating the world as an introvert my mission is to help other introverts create the type of life they want with the support and resources to truly succeed without having to change who they really are.
Professionally, I've mentored college students in the area of promotions and public relations, worked in customer service management, and held numerous marketing leadership roles in organizations ranging from non-profit to family-owned to Fortune 300 before turning to coaching. Some of those former roles leveraged my strengths and some did not. Along the way I've learned that people are happiest when they are appreciated for who they are and encouraged to contribute in the ways they perform best.
My coaching education is from Coach Training EDU, accredited by the International Coaching Federation as well as the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaches. I hold a BA, English from California State University, Sacramento and an MBA from the Eller School of Business, University of AZ.
When I'm not coaching, I enjoy hiking with my 2 dogs, biking, reading, and spending time with family. As an introvert, I get recharged by being out in nature. Originally from California, I've been a happy Minnesotan for the last 20 years.
Why work with me?
I'm not the only coach that works with introverts, but I'm one of only a few who will focus on the whole you. As a Health Coach and a Life Coach, I want my clients not only to define and achieve their goals, but feel great doing it!
As a Myers-Briggs type INFJ, I'm one of the 1.5% of the population known as "The Advocate". We are known for having "a deep well of empathy" that allows us to "connect with others on a profound level." We are firmly committed to our principals and have "an intense desire to make a positive impact" on the world around us, with "a natural ability to understand and interpret the feelings and motivations of others."
My Clifton Strengths are Relator, Ideation, Responsibility, Intellection, and Connectedness. What this means for my clients is that you'll have a coach who is:
Friendly
Caring
Genuine
Innovative
Collaborative
Insightful
Committed
Responsive
In-depth
Integrating
Perceptive
Listening
Client Testimonials:
“As a full-time professional with three school-age kids and a working wife, I’d reached a point where I felt largely overwhelmed by life’s obligations. I was lucky to find Kevin’s program just as I was ready to make some meaningful changes.
Kevin helped me take an honest look at where I stood across several areas of my life and helped me prioritize what to focus on first. Through practical exercises and his own relatable insights, he guided me to look inward at my challenges and build a real action plan. Over about six months of sessions, Kevin was a fantastic listener who kept the focus on understanding and guidance to ensure progress was made.
Looking back at our baseline versus where I am now, the progress is undeniable. Kevin created a comfortable space for the kind of introspection I wasn't doing on my own, which became the foundation for my growth. I couldn’t be more appreciative. Thank you, Kevin, for helping me improve both my work and family life!”
